This is the mainstream high-performance carburizer in the market, processed by high-temperature graphitization treatment. It features complete graphite crystal structure, ultra-low sulfur and nitrogen content, and excellent carburizing effect.

• Sulfur (S): ≤0.05%

2.2 Calcined Petroleum Coke Carburizer (Medium Grade)
A cost-effective universal carburizer with stable quality, suitable for conventional casting and steelmaking mass production.

• Sulfur (S): 0.2%–0.5%
• Carbon Absorption Rate: 80%–88%
Advantages: High cost performance, stable carburizing effect, sufficient stock supply.
Application: Ordinary gray iron castings, wear-resistant parts, medium and small steel mills and foundries.
2.3 Coal-based Carburizer (Economic Grade)
An economical and affordable carbon additive, widely used for low-demand smelting production.
• Fixed Carbon: 80%–92%
• Feature: Low price, conventional absorption performance
Application: Primary pig iron smelting, counterweight castings, ordinary crude steel smelting.
